What I do...
Train clients in weight training, cardio plans, and help with nutritional guidance. My goal is to help my clients find what makes them happy when it comes to body m0vement and to provide them with sustainable tools for a lifetime of exercise.
Our Story
All About Me...
I've been a certified personal trainer for over 30 years and am also a happily retired WNBF Pro Bodybuilder, judge and former promoter. I am also currently a judge and MC for local natural bodybuilding shows. I'm 54 years old, married for 26 years and we have two amazing adult children and 4 wonderful dogs. We live in the Seattle area.
I have trained so many people from all walks of life and have gained so much experience working with my clients. I'm a weightlifter and that is my focus as I teach both veterans and those new to lifting proper form, program design, and how to add variety and fun to their workouts. My goal with everyone is to teach so that you may grow the skills necessary to make weightlifting a forever lifestyle change. Through personal observation over the last 3 decades, in my opinion there is nothing that compares to weightlifting in keeping you feeling young, strong, and mentally and physically prepared for whatever comes your way in life. If you're looking for a quick fix, losing weight for a cruise or dropping a bunch of weight for a class reunion, then I'm not the one to call. If you're looking to learn and make strength training a part of your life understanding that it is a wonderful but sometimes frustrating journey that you will never regret embarking upon, then I'd love to work with you.
Where I train....
I live in North Bend, Washington and train from a local gym here in town. I can also train clients in home gyms, condo gyms, or private gyms that allow outside trainers. If there is a fee associated with the private gym, then that fee would be added to the per session cost.
Per session-$85
Travel fee-if outside of the North Bend area-$15-$25
Packages over 10 are $80 per session.
